The Mission
i amplify creative
ideas + people
Crafting narratives, developing meaningful content, and fostering contemplative encounters define my professional mission. Drawing from my background in agency work as a project manager and coordinator, as well as my ventures in startup management, proposal creation, and pitch delivery, I bring a wealth of experience to the table. Additionally, my expertise extends to directing, producing, and editing film and photo shoots.
Recently, I've embarked on a journey founding a company dedicated to spiritual wellness, with a focus on honoring ancestral practices. I possess an insatiable hunger and enthusiasm to refine my skills even more, seeking an ideal partnership to further nurture my capabilities.
Personality Traits + Unique Quality
I am natural leader, a maverick who’s willing to step up to ensure things get done. Being fiercely loyal and fair, I always hold space for those around me, and my curiosity about humans, the world, and what makes us tick is a driving force in my work and life. Moving through the world with a sociological lens (as an ethnically ambiguous, queer individual) has allowed me to offer intersectional visibility to any situation. This sparks a challenging and a creative approach to my work, a unique quality I can bring to your company. Hear some of the Ambiguous voices I’ve captured.
In Action + Activism
I am very passionate about my activism through story sharing, and support All Black Lives Matter, the BLM movement, LGBTQ+ liberation, Women’s Reproductive Rights and Women’s Equity. During the BLM protests in 2020, I was caught in a compromising situation. With racial tension and unpredictable covid curfews, things took a wild turn, and before I knew it, people were cutting through chain link fences and ducking into alleys. Being a storyteller, I had to think fast and tried to document as much as I could through my phone. I was eventually arrested and held in handcuffs for 8 hours, with no real physical damage. After recognizing my privilege and processing the experience, I decided to create a podcast about racial injustice and the importance of ethnic studies. I was able to connect my book smarts with my “street” smarts. This first hand experience expanded the way I view the world and those vulnerable to the system.
The Greater Good
Ultimately, I am drawn to projects that uplift vulnerable communities. I want to expand my creativity into any sector that strives to do good. I have worked on health awareness projects advocating for preventative care, projects protecting and celebrating the trans experience, and I started a company focused on honoring ancient rituals to reconnect communities to their innate practices. This is the type of work I want to be a part of, to aid in moving community forward as a collective and bringing exposure to those who actively participate in the growth of good. I am looking to work with a team in an encouraging, collaborative environment where I can extend my knowledge and contribute my voice to impactful stories.
